She Is Alive!!!!!!!

Just last week my sister who has been missing for the past two almost three months now called us to let us know she was ok. She called over a week ago and talked to all of my family.
She is ok and she has met a guy who is really nice to her. She had almost got caught by the police a couple of weeks ago because a car that she was in was speeding but the officer had to let her go and she had no id on her and told him a false name. She has had many close calls where she almost got caught but managed to escape.
I am still so worried about her because she calls us only when she can and calls from an unavailable number to where we cant find her. Amanda is only 15 and if she does not turn herself in within the week she could be placed in jail until she is 18. We cant get a hold of her to let her know that within 2 weeks Tennessee is passing a law stating that any runaway under 18 that is caught will be placed in jail until they are 18 years of age.
Sometimes I feel that Amanda should be placed in jail but I dont think that it would help her a whole lot. If Amanda gets pregnant or anything she wont be able to go to the doctor or the hospital without giving them her social security number and they would know that she is a runaway child. Why do kids that have it so well in life and better than most kids their age do stupid things that get them in trouble.
I hope that she will turn herself in soon and just do the time that she has too and then she will be done and out but if not then she will be caught and placed in jail.
