I use Theme Manager to assemble suites by firstly applying all the elements to my desktop and then clicking "save as" to have a set of ready made desktop environments of my own liking. However, whilst Theme Manager mostly completes this task without problems, sometimes it attempts to save the new suite but just hangs for a while and nothing happens. At first I thought it may have been an issue with a couple of ported MS Styles, but it applies those compilations 9 out of ten times and seems to happen when using "all" Wincustomize skins. I don't see it as a server or web thing as the elements are already on my computer, so yeah, I'm puzzled. Any answers to this would be greatly appreciated as I have a couple of themes in mind that just aren't taking at present
