what do i need EXACTLY?

i sent in a submission a few months ago with (i thought) adequate permissions, however i was rejected. so i would like to know the EXACT things i need to include in my permissions.

i was using a wallpaper from a site, i emailed the site's admin, and he said it was ok, i included the email text and the site address...but still rejected...help would be great, thx.

Just because someone gave you permission to upload their work, doesn't mean their work is good enough to be posted, just to be kinda blunt.

So it was more than likely just moderated.

makes sense...ill try uploading it again..and see if they give a reason this time...then maybe ill know...weird thing is...they allow some pretty crappy things to get through...so i dont know why mine would have gotten rejected

By what I know, they don't tell you the reason now. It takes up too much time sending out e-mails for all rejected uploads.
