Windows out of Desktop

Hy, can anybody tell me how to make my windows appear inside the desktop? I know it sounds stupid, but everytime I start this theme (tiger) in objectbar, my windows 'show' out of sight. I know that because I can see only their shadow on the left side of my screen.

Any help? Thanks!

everything: my computer, folders, ie, options tabs, dialogs...
if I want to see them I have to maximize them in the taskbar, but not everything can be maximized...

I think you need to work this out with your graphic driver's control panel. you seem to have a larger virtual desktop than your monitor's real-eastate.
Also, i also believe that your graphic control panel will have an option to snap windows within the visible area.
