Upgraded to 2.21 now have issues with taskbar and other menus not shadowing :-(

I upgraded today to 2.21 and lost the shadow effects on my start menu, taskbar and some right click menus.

I tried unloaded, uninstalling, reinstalling etc.. still no luck.

Anyone else with similar problem; but yet, do you have an answer?

You may need to configure WindowFX to put shadows on in the shadows menu in WFX.

I have the same problem. I've enabled the shadows (dbl and triple checked) in WinFX, but it doesn't seem to be working at all. Anyone has any idea?

Thanks Meowy but I tried tweaking the settings with no luck. It's weird but I get shadows on most windows. Shadows do not work on the start menu and taskbar (both worked perfect before the upgrade).. more ideas?

I also have the same problem and now it affected also Yz shadow. I cannot get any shadow on my taskbar. I have tried uninstall and install and no luck... I hope some developers are reading this...

Its been posted in the newsgroups and they are aware of the problem.
