Elana (16months) is sitting on the floor of the kitchen looking at her reflection in the stainless steel bin (the one she uses as a drum and we keep potatos in) and she's giggling. Not a normal child little girls giggle no this is a deep throaty heeeh eeh heeh like on of those idiots that sit on the couch on MTV - I don't know if she's laughing like Beavis or Butthead because I don't watch the show (and she's never seen it either) but she's sitting on the floor laughing at her reflection.

My 17 month old also has a bizzarre laugh, it starts off as a cackle before suddenly dropping off into silent tears and gasps for air!! Wouldn't you agree that nothing in the world is as satisfying as making your baby laugh?!!
