Windows mode - as an option - fantastic. (Plus some difficulties observed)

Wow. You guys really did a bang up job this time. I have windows=0 and the resolution set to 1550*1160 (my desktop resolution is 1600*1200). It works!

I have noticed one minor problem: Trying to grab the title bar is a bit of a challange - the pointer just doesn't want to go that far. It jitters back to the bottom edge each time I try. I did manage to grab it by being very quick with the mouse button, but it took many tries. Same for minimizing the window.

Yeah, there's code in there that clips the mouse coordinates to the screen which fixes one kind of error but it obviously causes this one.

This problem is fixed now, but the pointer flickers constantly except just for a brief moment after clicking something (anything within the GC2 window).
