Scroll bars are not stopping before passing beyond one end.

The title says it. The scroll bars can be moved further than they should go on one end of the scrollable area. This is true of many of the scroll bars, perhaps all of them (all I have looked at).

I mentioned this about the tech horizontal scroll bar. It's scrolling to the right edge of screen, not the right edge of control or right edge of inner window.

I have an aditional observation to this, presseing the arrows at the ens of the scroolbar, does not scroll the content of the window, only the scroll marker.

Another thing is that the components list on the shipyard screen does not scroll. Don't know if this is related.
