Galciv made the Hall of Belated Fame at the Home of the Underdogs. Its a site for all of the underdog games that never got the credit they deserved........

I don't know if this is an honor or not. I thought GalCiv got a good amout of positive press. I guess there could always be more, though. :notsure:

Turn based straegy games are a niche market, in the genres prime they weren't exactly mainstream. The real exception to this is the Total War series, which is given a huge image boost due to its strategic battles.

Gal Civ was never going to cause a storm, regardless of what the reviewers said. Maybe Altarian prophecy will help to boost the games profile a bit.
