Stardock Central freeze during installation of objectbar

Hi,
I have a problem when I try to install objectbar. The setup program locks up during installation of the file dx2perf.dll. I got a tip from Stardock support to "Try clearing the contents of your \Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\TEMP folder and try the installation again", it did not help. I do not have any of these programs installed Norton Ghost, Norton Antivirus or IBM Personal Communicator, according to the Stardock homepage these programs can cause this error.
Any tips anyone?
