Dreamy choc fudge
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of white sugar
- ½ cup flavored milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 100 grams of white chocolate
Place butter into a pot and gently melt, Take off heat, add sugar and flavored milk (I use caramel latte) stir well and put back onto a medium heat.
Allow boiling for about 3 minutes (do not stir)
Technical bit dip a spoon into boiling mixture and dribble a small amount into a cup of cold water (start doing this at 2 min) when the mixture forms a soft ball as it cascades through the water it’s ready.
Take off heat (careful it’s super hot) drop in 100grams of chocolate (I use white chocolate but you can use a mars or snickers or anything you want it all depends on your tastes but I found that whatever choc treat you add break it up first and at least 50 grams no less you can also add about 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut as well (pads out the volume)
OK now mix it all up with a spoon until the choc dissolves keep mixing until a kind of skin develops and pour onto a plate or tray and leave to cool.
Then eat yummy sweet stuff.
Don’t expect to get it right 1st time took me a year to perfect this recipe and it does not always turn out right but you get to eat your mistakes.
