new user, can't get multiple accounts to run OD...

hi i'm pretty new to this, and have been trying to fix this problem with no luck.
my wife and i have two separate logins on windows xp pro....
both accounts have full admin rights...
my account can access everything i install through stardock central just fine...
hers can only acces 2 or 3, anyone know what i should change/check?
