Correct way to install the Object Desktop suite?

Hi,

Well having tried out the trial versions of WindowBlinds and ObjectDock I decided to go ahead and purchase the full version of Object Desktop with a view to purchasing ObjectDockPlus shortly.
OK, so I have my serial number good to go and StardockCentral installed.
How is the best way to proceed, given that I have the trial versions running/installed (particularly WindowBlinds 4.5 trial but if other modules may be an issue, please tell)?
Should I revert to WindowsXP classic and uninstall all the trial stuff first or can I just 'upgrade' over the top?
I know this was required when upgrading from WB4.4 to WB4.5.....does this apply if I'm upgrading from WB4.5 trial to WB4.5 fully-paid-up?

If some kind soul could give me definitive advise before I mess up my current setup.

Thanks in advance,

(Newboy) PhlangePhace.

Yes, uninstall your free versions (back up your skins/theme first, as a safeguard), reboot, then get busy downloading/installing. Have fun!

Yes, reset all your stuff back to default XP. Uninstall all the freeware you already installed. ...REBOOT.... after reboot, Start installing the programs you want one at a time through stardock central. Be sure to start with released versions, dont start with beta versions until you have a little grasp on the progs. Happy skin

Thanks for the advise, Koasati & NightTrain.
I'll also take on board your advise to leave the betas alone until I'm happy with the installation of the 'released' modules.

My English needs to improve!!

For both my posts on this thread 'advise' should read 'advice'.
(Unable to edit the originals for some reason)

FYI, I use UK-English, not US-English
