florescentangel,

If you have WBlinds progam and are running XP with ServicePack2 installed and the downloaded file is a .zip which you are unzipping and finding a lot of files inside, then do the following:

Go to "Tools>Folder Options", under the "View" tab you need to deselect the option titled "Hide extensions for known file types", click apply, then "OK".

Now go back to the .zip file you downloaded and rename the .zip file extension to .wba file extension (to do this either right-click file and choose "Rename" or click twice slowly on the file name to highlight).

Make sure to change only the file extention, not the name.

Click "yes" when asked if you are sure you want to change extension.

Now, double click the icon and it should automatically install the WindowBlind.

Hope this helped.

Please be a bit more specific.

Assuming you have CursorXP installed, open "Configure CursorXP" and check to see if the "Disable all" option is selected (found on the "CursorXP" tab under the preview pane) - deselect it if it is, this should allow you to at least apply any themes that came with the program.

If you are only having trouble with downloaded themes that download as ".zip" files, refer to #2 above and rename the extension ".CurXPTheme" - then double click and you should be good to go (remember to deselect the option mentioned in the first paragraph.

Hope this helps, if not - leave more information about your problem and I am sure you will get some help swiftly.
