Anomalous Score

Greetings and such.

I had finished a game at home, trying to solidify a spot in the top 100 (for a day or so anyway) and didn't notice that it gave a 0 score for the metaverse submission and received the anomalous score in my profile. I know some mods can result in it and I do use JesusofBorg's Enhanced Terraform mod, but was curious since it has never been a problem in the past. I had not built omni-terraforming on any planets so don't think ultra high PQ should have been a problem. Anyone else have ideas? I know I am a bit odd, but don't think I'm anomalous. :p

If you game ends to soon, less than 2 hours you are going to get a 0 score, if you are already winning the game try to keep at least 1 AI for a while until you finish to research the whole entire tech tree and that will give you enough time for the game to no score 0, I had already like 4 of those 0 games.

I'm not sure that having a game end before two hours results in that, since I know I've spent less than two hours on at least one of my games and I got a normal score for it. Although I could just be the anomalous one... ;)

Dark,

I have an Anomalous I haven't submitted. I've talked to Stardock and it might actually be something with 1.10. I was told to wait until 1.11 to submit it, and the problem may be fixed. The 1.11 update is scheduled to be released tomorrow...

It was a long game and I was taking my time to research up the tree. I was at Beyond Human tech wise and cash reserves were low at the end. They had never reached the obnoxious levels I have seen mentioned, so I am a bit confused. I just feel so dirty being listed as anomalous. I am a good backstabbing evil Hobbit and wouldn't do something quasi legal. Unless it was really, really profitable or something.

After I posted I noticed Theoden's note. Thanks for all the responses. :)

Now that's a character description!!!

LOL

I'm hoping many of our Anomalous problems will be resolved with 1.11.

Resubmitting games sometimes works. I had an anomalous a while back for no reason I could figure out, but when I resubmitted it it went through fine.

The situation is different about what Hobbit is talking about, the zero score is there before you submitt the game, I had 1 anomalous score in the past that when I submitted was not zero, but after resubmitting it again it came thru, what he is talking about are games that end in zero score after you have played for a while, I have had 4 or 5 of those. But it could be some kind of bug in the game.

I always find it interesting that I'm considered evil when 98 or so percent of my people admire me and I have fought the fewest wars of any majors. I do generally have to cringe away from the Boilshire Farm event though. :p I just think those stupid worms should be used for fishing, those pre-industrial 'volunteers' aren't treated all that poorly, and I hate the cold polar ice caps. I have yet to even blow up a star system. Why destroy when you can steal? :)

I agree DH, having your morality based more on actual gameplay rather than trumped up 'events' would really be interesting. BTW, great nickname.

Oh - I don't know - terror stars have a certain "je ne sais quoi" - especially now they've improved the graphics!
