How Large is the Galactic Civilizations Full Download?

I'm getting tired of waiting for this game to be released in the UK. Apparently the release date has been put back agan.

Could some1 tell me how many megs this game is, because I don't have braodband and I seem to get cut off too regularly to download a really big file.

As far as I know Stardock Central will continue the dowload where it was stopped last time.

But the complete download is probably over 400Megs (including sounds etc), the multimedia pack is about 380 MB If I remember correct from a screen shot.

Maybe it will run without multimedia pack, but I do not know how much that would be.

I I had Stardock central I could tell you more, but currently i´m unable to download it (:(

If someone can send a Stardock central zip to me I would be gratefull. I promise not to attack his empire ;)

Finally got it working. The providers fault...

The download size of Startdock central is 4.12 MB
This can be used to download Galciv.
The main part without mediapack is 86MB

So I think you can best find somebody to download it for you or wait for the package.
There are UK players, so it should be possible to find someone in your neighbourhood who can do that for you.
