WindowFX Update?

Hey

I'm wondering with all the different programs that Stardock has been updating over the last few years and now with the new Objectbar annouced. I started to wonder when WindowFX will get updated. It's a fantastic programs and if it was given more options that allowed something along the lines of longhorn effects or at least something other then just shadows and such it would be a much better program. Updating it making it faster and easier to run like all the other program updates they have made recently.

Are there any planned updates for this?

Any expected release dates if there is?

Am I the only one here, or would you like to see the program updated as well?

Well, looking at the history text file of WindowFX

2.19d beta

Fixed issue with tiles not painting correctly when in GDI mode.
Fixed issue with menu shadows & animations being enabled when you close WindowFX

The work for the 3.x betas is taking longer than expected, so we've
done some additional fixes to this for a 2.2 release in short
order.

-Fix for a 1 pixel of black on top shadows occasionally
-Missing right shadows should be fixed
-Regedit sometimes going invisible after fade-in should be fixed
-Recommended no longer spelled with the letter A.

I'm meaning a large scale update. Something that will add a lot more features and breathe new life into WindowFX. Look at how they revamped Windowblinds and DesktopX. I want to see that happen with WindowFX. I wasn't speaking about periodical updates.

I think what Woodbridge was pointing out by posting those was the mention of the Window FX 3.x betas that are in the works. My guess is that there will be a pretty nice overhaul if they are going from 2.2 right up to 3. Neil has mentioned some good things in the pipes for Window FX in the newsgroup as well. I think it is one the way. I too am looking forward to that.
