In general, the PC case itself will not effect performance. You can drill a hole in any case to add a fan. Keeping your system cool with fans or cooling options will effect the system performance. But generally, all cases have options for multiple fans, or you can use a drill bit and add your own holes. So, PC cases don't effect system performance.
