another logon question

from WinCustomize Forums
Do I need to download the logon as a zip file?
Or rename it like I do with bootskin?
Where do I need to un zip it too?
Or exstract it to?
I tried makeing a new folder (unzip here)
I've tied alot of different ways.
I think this place is great and want to show all my friends but, I need to figure it all out so I can so them.

If it is a .zip, extract it to c:/program files/WinCustomize/LogonStudio

I've gotten it!
save as box appears
don't save as a zip
change to allfiles
add .logonxp
to the name of the file
then open logon and click load
not import

Import is for importing logonui.exe files. )  the file extension logonxp is nothing more than a renamed zip file, just like all the file extension associated with skinning apps.

Why do some load properly and the others show it on the currently using but it's not in the list. I also can't access the logon. If I reinstall it says the following
"do you wan't to over write file"
there's not a limit on how many I can have.

It's an anomoly that happens to some people, I've never been able to figure out why.

If I reinstall it says the following
"do you wan't to over write file"
there's not a limit on how many I can have.

No, there's no limit, but if your reinstalling something that's already there, it's going to ask if you wish to overwrite the files.
