Should hard code your text colour on the main area. It's using whatever the system default text colour is, so if someone is using a light colour, the text is hard to make out.

i guess the server was down BTW my Brothers friend runs the hosting service so its free anyway... anyways, could you all help me out what kind of colors to choose and like, what kind of format? i mean is that oone good (do the buttons look ok?) and what else does it need? thanks doreen. i will prolly rework the whole site and rename it... im thinkin of makin the menu on top to scroll with the page that will take less time to load and give more room to the main content to focus on... this was my first site to b created from scratch so im not too disappointed.. thanks for the input all and thanks jafo for the spalling corrections

pyro, I don't know if I'm seeing what I'm supposed to see, but ...  It's quite basic and extremely plain.  Green buttons on a white background, and grey sub-level buttons. Dunno, I think you can do better than that.  I don't see any design here, just plain buttons thrown on a white page.
Also, I think you're exagering the download time issues, your buttons are way too dithered (the grey ones). Typically, a page with 100k or so of graphics is acceptable.  Don't destroy any design effort by trying to get it down to 20k.

hehehe no rudeness noticed at all Paxx, thanks for the input its true, i really did dither them alot but it wont matter in like a month because i am going to remake the site all the way.


this site was just something my brother told me to make quickly so i did it because he got the domain for me and i had to have something up in a day so yea... thanks for the input guys
