object dock recycle bins

is it just me or is it laggy?

is there a reason for this?

What do you mean exactly by Laggy? Sometimes the states don't really change fast but you can still right click the icon and see that the empty recycle bin is available. And, I have noticed this to happen to the windows recycle bin itself, without objectdock installed.

when i click on the recycle bin on my desktop, the content pops up instantly, but when i click the recycle bin in my object desktop, it stays impressed for a while and doesnt do anything for about 20 seconds before it pops up. this has been happening with some other friends of mine as well.

I've never had a problem such as that. Mine always responds instantly.

Maybe you are running short on memory. Maybe its a docklet that is slowing things down. Maybe its spyware. When was the last time you defragged your hd? I don't think its the skin. If you mean a wb skin. How about sys specs and programs running, free memory?
