windows 2000 to xp look?

hello i have windows 2000 pro on my system and have window blinds 4.3, i am curious if theres a way to change my start menu, icons ect to windows xp style please let me know if there is i can be reached via icq at 150872110

For the start menu you'll need ObjectBar

You can set it through Start Menu Properties to have the Classic view on the start menu.

I have a luna skin that I use all the time. It is 9 out of 10 accurate, because 98 doesn't like translucentcy. I love it. Use the XP theme on ObjectBar, like Fuzzy said.
