TCMagazine Claims new 'uxtheme.dll' allows skins without StyleXP

Microsoft has released the new Service Pack 2 RC1 build 2120 to it's beta testers yesterday and now we have the download available for TCMagazine members!

We also have the latest 'uxtheme.dll' patch for latest Windows XP SP2 RC1 build to enable 3rd party theme usage without paying for StyleXP.

Uh? You could ALWAYS get a patched uxtheme.dll without Style XP. That's not new...

As paxx said, old news. That's why alot of people think TGT Soft is nuts for charging for something you can get free.
