Why are most of the Icon packager themes now only good for IP 2.5? Even ones made in 2001 have been redone for IP 2.5! What gives? Forced upgrades?

Well, if a certain company that shall remain nameless hadn't come along and started offering a program that simply piggy-backed on the iptheme format you wouldn't be having these problems. So, feel free to thank tgtsoft for trying to force Stardock to let them use the IP format like MS has until now allowed them (tgtsoft) to do with the msstyle format.. Oh, did I say I wouldn't mention the company?!? Oh well, too late now.

You can use all these Icons with the most reasent free version of Iconpackager. And if you have OD you can just update to 2.5 which is better anyway.
