Unable to drag active window (like notepad) onto another PC screen

Well, I have multiplicity pro 4.07 installed in main PC and ver 4 on 2ndry PC.

I am able to control mouse, kbd, drag and drop files but cannot move / drag windows across? 

any insight / help?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. What do you mean by move/drag Windows across? Across different connected PC via KVM or Seamless mode?
