Loss of licenses when upgrading from fences 3 to 4

 My License version of Fences 3, had multiple installs,  my personal home laptop and my work laptop. So  when I upgraded to version 4, I could only install it on one? There was no mention of this when I upgraded.  Just asking to get my three multiple installs

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Fences 4 has stop selling in Stardock for sometimes now. Where and when did you purchased the upgrade from? And, did you purchased a single license or multi-device license upgrade?

It was an upgrade, as I was an user buying version 2 (unlimited users), then upgrade to 3 (3 User), then bought version 4. 

Yes I bought it back in 2023 ,  just upgraded my laptops, and went to install my owned version, and ran into this issue.  Just asking to get my 3 user licenses for version 4 , like I had with the previous versions.

Thank you very much, this is a great product, it really help to keep the desktop clutter to a minimum. I have a lot of projects.

I can't check which version you purchased. It best to raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
