WIN 11 new start menu has deactivated Start11

WIN 11 new start menu has deactivated Start11.  Start11 is turned on, but does no longer appear.  Meanwhile new Win 11start menu has appeared for no good reason!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more information.

  1. Windows 11 full version and OS Build number. Use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Start11 full version number installed.

Perhaps, you will need the latest Start11 v2.6 to work with Windows 11 latest release. Please do a free trial on Start11v2 and see if the same issue appear.

To upgrade to Start11 v2, you will need to purchase a new license key. You should check if there is discounted price offered for previous version owner. Click on the upgrade link as show on my screenshot below.

I would also consider uninstalling, REBOOTING and then reinstalling as this may also address your issue (though v2 also has lots of new things which you may like)

Sometimes Windows upgrades glitch and stop things starting up correctly which might be what has happened here.
