How do I get the Grass Background to where I can select it

How do I get the highlighted background into the background selection window? Clicking on it in the file window only opens the image.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Your screenshots too small to be sure, but, I believe you're referring to hyper grass, yes? That background only for Quicklaunch Dock, it is not available for Tabbed Dock.

OK, thanks. I had something similar (grass) in older version on previous computer. Sorry it's not a selection now.
