Product keys

2 keys for Start ?

I have 2 different product keys for Start:  one for Start; and a different one for Start v 2 Upgrade.

Do I need Both ?   If yes, how or why do I use them ?

Hello,
If you purchased Start11 and Start11v2 than you will have two keys. One for Start11 and another one for Start11v2. You can check which key belong to which product by checking you account product page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. If you installed Start11v2 you will only need to use the Start11v2 license key to activate it. You don't need to use Start11 key to activate Start11v2.

No, I purchased the original July 2023 

Then paid for an Upgrade (v 2.6) Feb 2024, BUT got a different Key. 

Which is why I'm confused.

I believe when you first purchased Start11 back in July 2023, it was version 1. Then, in 2024, you purchased an upgrade to Start11 version 2. Even though it is considered an upgrade, you receive a new license key specifically for Start11 v2.

You still retain the license key for Start11 v1, which you may continue to use on any system that supports version 1. However, if you wish to install and activate Start11 v2, you should use only the newer license key.
