start11 start button

start button fail

the start button, i use windows 10 style. constantly returns to windows button on startup or restart.

i have to open start11 click on the one i want every time i use pc, even though its already ticked. does anyone know how to fix this.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

If the issue still there we need more information.

  1. Windows 11 full version and OS Build numbers. Please use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Start11 full version number installed.
  3. Do you have any other application which also change your Start menu/Taskbar/Explorer running in the background? Application such as StartAllBack, DisplayFusion, OpenShell, etc.

hello, 

today on startup its back to windows button. ill just go open start11 click on the one already ticked, the button changes.

after clicking the one already ticked, it will stay with the start11 button chosen until pc restarts. 

windows version 25H2 os build 26200.7922 (says up to date).

Start11 full version number installed 2.6 .

no other application which also change the Start menu or Taskbar.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
