Start11v2 - Discission on identified conflict with AIDA64

At Basj's suggestion continuing the conversation here from the Reddit conversation here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Stardock/comments/1rb4p3q/comment/o721xek/?context=1

We'd got to identifying the issue as due to the Prevent SensorPanel from being minimized option in AIDA64 / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / SensorPanel

Last post (that Basj couldn't read for some reason was:

To access this option, go into preferences (icon in top bar of main window or right click tray icon), in the left panel under "hardware monitoring" there's a icon for "SensorPanel", 3rd tickbox down in the right screen

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Thank you, for posting here. I can intermittently reproduce this issue with that SensorPanel set not to minimize as you pointed out above. Moving forward, I have forwarded your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience. Thank you.

If you back up your Start11 settings, then set them to factory defaults without changing ANY Start11 settings at all, does it still reproduce?

Yes, pretty much immediately (note AIDA64 needs a restart for the option to fully engage / disengage)

AIDA64

And if you totally disable AIDA64, the issue does not reproduce, yes?

This is on a list for investigation next week.  It may be due to the AIDA64 window running with higher privileges than normal windows.

AIDA64

Correct.  Although you don't need to go that far - just turning off the setting in AIDA for "Prevent SensorPanel from being minimized" has stopped the issue for me 100% across multiple PCs, tested multiple times that enabling / disabling this option makes the issue reproduce / cease.

(This workaround makes both useable for me personally for now, but there's definitely a conflict going on there)
