Updated to Start11 v2 and WB11 - Skining taskbar jumplists and explorer background?

Hello, I'm using Windows 10 22H2 and updated today from "Start 11" to "Start 11 v2" and from WindowBlinds 10 to WindowBlinds 11.
Because the Google Gemini AI told me, that with this new versions I could also skin the taskbar icon rightclick menu (jumplist). 
But it didn't skin. 
Was the AI wrong, is this not possible in Windows 10? Is it possible in Windows 11? 
Is it possible in Windows 11 to have a background image in the Explorer like it was in Windows 7 before?
And is there still no chromium based Browser that support skinning? Are there any tricks?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I know.

  1. Taskbar right click menu, can't be skin in Windows 10 or 11
  2. Explorer background, from what I know, you can not add image to it but, you can set the Explorer background color.
