Start11 style start menu feels laggy to use especially when scrolling though the all apps.

Is there a fix for it to be constantly smooth as it is in normal windows 11 start menu?

I have been trying out Start11 before buying it and for some reason, the start menu feels really laggy. One can notice the difference pretty easily. While scrolling through all apps in the start menu it is very noticeable and in the end it leaves a bad view for a user. I have recently installed windows 11 so I don't think there are any applications that might affect it. All the drivers are up to date.

Is there any solution for this or are there none?
I shall be providing a comparison video that I have recorded to better demonstrate my issue.

My pc specifications are as below:

Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 26200)
Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100F (8 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6GB
Resolution: 1920x1080 60hz Acer EV226HQL

Video demonstration for the issue

I have tried purging and reinstalling the software multiple times, but every time, the issue persists.

After watching your video, I don't really see any difference in the scrolling. I tested on my machine running 25H2 26200.7623, and also don't notice any difference in the scrolling.

What kind of mouse are you using and what are your mouse settings for number of lines to scroll at a time?
