Looking into your account, there had been a spelling error when you first registered your recent purchase of the Fences Annual Subscription. This would have caused an issue when trying to activate the Fences 6 software.
To resolve this, I've restored this license to your Stardock account. Please use our retrieval service with the link below to ensure you're using the proper installer for the corresponding key:
Once you download and install Fences 6 from the link above, your Fences Annual Subscription key can activate it.
