Transparency and spacing issue when having maximized windows

The taskbar does not keep its transparency when maximizing a window while having rounded corners enabled.
Also the spacing between the taskbar and the window is not kept, unless I try to deactivate the rounded corners
When I deactivate the rounded corners, the spacing is kept between the taskbar and the window, but the corners also remain rounded.
