Can I buy more computer activation on my version of Multiplicity v3.6

Greetings,

I bought version 3.6 of Multiplicity but now I need it to control two other PCs.  Right now it seems to be locked into only 1 secondary computer.  I don't want to upgrade to version 4 because it does not work on my setup.

Please, is there a way to purchase more computers on version 3.6?

Thank you

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I understand, if you need to add more pc under KVM mode, you will need the Multiplicity KVM Pro. Simply adding more license will not do it. You just need one license for the primary, and the rest are just secondaries, which do not require any more activation. Do you have Multiplicity KVM Pro? It is something like this chart below.

Also, unfortunately, Multiplicity v3 no longer available for sale. What issue do you have with Multiplicity v4?

Thank you,

I tried using Multiplicity v4 but the primary computer keeps saying that it is disconnected.  No matter what I tried, after looking up multiple posts, I could not get it to connect on the primary computer.  the icon is greyed out and says disconnected?  I am using the latest version of the Multiplicity.  My primary computer is running Windows 11, the latest version.

What problem are we trying to solve still - you not being able to connect a Primary to any Secondary (your 2nd post) or you not being able to connect to more than 1 (your 1st post)?

My primary issue is that the primary Windows 11 computer's multiplicity is greyed out and denotes disconnected.  If I turn it to a secondary computer it lights up and becomes connected, but then when I switch it back to the primary computer it turns grey and becomes disconnected again.

I have tried solutions provided by the forum but it doesn't seem the help.

I think I would be okay if I could get it to be connected. I can get secondary computers to appear on the configuration screen.

Are we talking KVM (remote) connections or Seamless?  If its KVM, and you kill the remote connection, yes, the Primary will read 'disconnected' as its not connected to anything.  If its a  Seamless connection, it should still read connected but are you able to still Seamlessly connect to the Secondary (move the mouse to it)?

I am trying in seemless mode. I don't need anything fancy.  I just need to control 2 additional computers from the primary computer. I have tried turning off my firewall and anti-virus (Malwarebytes), but still unsuccessful. My primary connection is Private.  I have .net 3.5 turned on and active. And just to be sure we understand each other, I do not have control of either computer hence the primary says it is disconnected.

What else can I try?

Thank you.

Ok, so the issue is you cant connect to any Secondary - we will work from there.

Even if you have reviewed it partially in the past, this fixes 99.99% of connection issues.
