Product Key

Hello,

I recently formatted my hard drive and I don't have my product key.

My order number is 5052623

Order Date Saturday, March 29, 2025

How can I find my key? I logged into my account and i see the receipt, but there isn't a key on the pdf.

Perhaps, its an account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
