Start 11 Task Bar Oddities

So the task bar, using Start 11, has some oddities for me. In the attached I show how the start button is partially hidden. It's an intermitten issue, no other applications are trying to cover the start menu. On my second monitor the task bar icons are somewhat more right centered then centered and there is a considerable gap between the start button and the rest of the icons.
There is also this little dance the icons perform after some applications start and close, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how it's happening. I've tried uninstalling all of the object desktop programs / restarting / re-install and it keeps happening.
