Renamed starbase name does not take effect for a long time

When I rename starbases, the name changes don't reflect in the UX for a long time. Here's an example of renaming "Deep Space Starbase 1" to "Culture3 Growth", which has not gone into effect for well over 5 minutes now.

Loading your save file, I see all the correct names; Looks like loading the same updates the list. What happen if you reload your save on your side ?

Still, it should be showing right when you do it, and not only on a reload. Thx for sharing that one.
