Unable to access Multiplayer - API Error

Greetings,

I am seeking help/information on an error I am receiving in game when trying to access Multiplayer.

The error: "Not Logged In - Error sending request to 'https://ico-api.stardock.net/api/logins/steam' Recv Failure: Connection was reset [10]"

I was able to play Multiplayer yesterday but now I cannot.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, verified integrity of game files via Steam, reset my router, confirmed login status in both Stardock launcher and Steam.

I have not come across any "fixes" when reviewing Google searches.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hey!
Could you open terminal (just search for it in windows bar), and type ping ico-api.stardock.net

If it fails, that means there is a routing issue, and I would recommend by restarting the router. If you use vpn, try switching ip addresses

Tried the ping. Unsuccessful...

"Pinging part-0023.t-0009.t-msedge.net [2620:1ec:bdf::51] with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out."

I have cycled power on both my modem and router.

What's more strange is that I have been able to launch the game, see the Multiplayer ToS/Acceptance and some hosted games. But this seems random.
