Can't Activate Start 11v2 on More Than One Computer

My Understanding was that Start11 could be installed on up to five computers with one license key. It says on the website that a license is good for up to "5 Installs." Am I misunderstanding what "5 Installs" actually means? I installed Start 11 on my second computer today and it wouldn't activate on that computer because it is already activated on another computer. Can someone please explain what's going on? Thanks very much for any help anyone can offer.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
