Stardock Launcher issue – login no longer works (Galaxy Civilizations IV / Steam)

Hello everyone,

I've been having a problem with the Stardock Launcher in conjunction with Galactic Civilizations IV (Steam version) for some time.

Previously, the launcher automatically imported my Steam profile, but for about 3-4 months now, this hasn't worked anymore.

 

I then created a separate Stardock account. This initially worked fine for a few months.

Recently, however, I've also been unable to log in using these credentials – the "Login" button simply doesn't respond, regardless of whether I use my email address or my username.

 

I've tried restarting the launcher several times and even reinstalling, but the problem persists.

 

Has anyone had a similar experience or perhaps a solution?

I would be very grateful for any help or tips!

I'm having a similar issue, launcher for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion (Steam version) login/sign up login button appears to not respond. I have verified my credentials on stardock.com and here on the forum.

Hey Ramma, good news, I was able to authenticate today in the Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion launcher (Steam version). Thanks for the quick resolution!
