upgraded 5 pack v1 to v2

I upgraded my 5 pack Start11 v1 to v2, everything was fine, my account said I had 5 licenses, and I had it installed on 3 computers, last week I went to install it on a 4th computer and it said License was used up, I checked my account, and it has the 3 v2 installs I had done previously, but now says I only have 1 License, not 5 and will not allow me to install a 4th copy.

Like I said in my 1st message, I already checked my stardock account, it originally said I had 5 license when I upgraded my 5 pack to v2, I upgraded to start11 v2 on 3 computer's. They all 3 currently show up on my stardock account as licensed for v2. But now the start11 upgrade to v2 says I only have 1 license. Not 5.

Look like account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
