Installing New Copy over Old

I've purchased v6 but already have v5 running. If I install v6 on top of v5 will it wipe out my present Fences Organization ?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you actually referring to Fences v6 ontop of Fences v5. It should be fine, the saved layout should still be there. Just make sure to reboot immediately after the installation is done. This is to make sure all installing files get install properly.
