I bought Fences 5 as a permanent license at USD $37.45. I'm disappointed that I must upgrade to Fences 6. 

 

FurtherI want is to buy Object Desktop to a discount price because of this quote on your site :

"since you If you have a paid registration for any of the products included in Object Desktop, you can upgrade to Object Desktop for a reduced price."

The reduced price will be  € 33.

 

Hope you will help me, and I including the invoice.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure on your question. You did not get the reduced price for ObjectDesktop? or something else? Please be more clear.

Also, for account issue it is best to raise a Support ticket. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
