I recently purchased Object Desktop, but I’ve had trouble finding the download link. Unlike other software, which typically provides a download button immediately after purchase or includes a link in the confirmation email, I couldn’t find a direct download option. Initially, I thought I would have to download individual components like Fence manually after logging in, but I was only able to access the download link after logging in. If I hadn’t logged in and clicked the trial buttons, I would have ended up wasting a significant amount of time.

 

I suggest a more straightforward approach: provide a direct download button after the purchase is completed, similar to what many other companies do. Since your software excels at improving the desktop experience, I believe this small change could further enhance the user experience.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do know that you should be able to download all your Object Desktop software individually directly from your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. 

Open up that link and you should see something like my screenshot below. You will need to click that "Product Downloads" link to open up the list with its links.
