Game crashing

Game keeps crashing on me and it wont allow me to play the campaigne. The screen loads plays the vidio and then when Mack comes on it hangs and after about 30 secounds steam closes. Does anyone know if this is a known thing and if there is a fix. I've tried Validating the files it states one is missing then downloads it, it's not too spacific about which one but when the game is having issues were always hopfull when it finds something. Unfortunetly it didn't fix it and up on further testing "a" file is always detected as missing then is always downloaded so doubful that it has anything to do with why it hangs and crashes on that particular mission.

As I sit there waiting spiritually I see code loading then code missing which causes the hang up and code after words then the crash. since physically I don't understand code I can't fix it. With this not loading it puts a stop to these missions so hopefully it gets figuered out.

Looks like I had the same issue with Memories Europa mission, after video it would not load so I switched back to directX12 from 11 tried loading failed. Valadated files again filed 2 but masterful was there this time to place a being to dumb me down so I couldn't see or hear spiriually, while trying to channel to his following what was going wrong. I hexed him and tried re running it failed so I thought why not switch it back to DirectX11 and for some reason it worked. It allowed me to finish the Memories mission's, however I like this game too much for it to be buggy, so hopefully they can get it all squared away.

Hey, whenever a crash happens, please share the log file from %userprofile%\Documents\my games\Ashes of the Singularity - Escalation 

The file gets overwritten on a new game launch, so if you want to focus on the game first, just make a copy on your desktop and share it, whenever you have time for it :)
