ObjectDock long load times in Windows

Hi, in general, I think since my start of using of ObjectDock which has been years, I experience delayed start of the application on all of my laptops and they were several and on different platforms. Is there a way to prioritize its load? At times I have to wait up to 5 minutes till it will finally launch.

Around the time of Windows 10 Microsoft introduced a forced delay process to stop third party programs from launching before Windows had fully completed its full boot process.

This was very obvious when using Fences as the normal Windows sequence would see the desktop icons load early during the boot...but when Fences was used they would NOT display until MS allowed Fences to load AFTER the boot.

The same issue can affect the ObjectDock loading which would suggest something else is still loading in your Windows boot and delaying its completion.

The trick is to watch the flashing of the drive LED during boot...and compare when it stops with when you think your boot has completed.

I for one don't see any delay very often as I only have Objectdock on this machine...and the last time it booted was over 100 days ago....;)

Guys I know it has been ages since I posted but maybe someone still finds this useful. What solved my issue was to stop using the in-built "run at startup" option and instead create a scheduled task in Windows to run the app at logon. There's sometimes bugs AFTER running this task but they are rare, while the issue with running in "at startup" mode is continuous and launches are much longer. Probably Windows deprioritises that startup queue up to who knows what rules. This has fixed the issue for me, now it runs quick.
