CursorFX exceed install limit

Hi,
I have subscription to Object Desktop which I have been using for years. I have OD install on two of my desktops and one laptop, my understanding is I am allowed 5 installs based on your website so I am confused why I can't activate CursorFX. I keep getting the following error message when I enter the product code -
"Unable to activate CursorFx, as it's currently active on a different computer."
I don't have this issue with the other apps like, Start11, Fence, Groupy etc...
I looked at your support site for help and the one link I thought might help with management of products goes no where (click and nothing happens), other topics no problem.
Also why do I have to enter product code each time I install an app from OD? It's not all apps but some. When I installed OD I entered it so why have to enter again when installing certain apps.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
