Start menu button problem on dual monitor
Hi Everyone,
Need a little help from the community. I've been using an old Windows 95 icon I found online years ago, as my start button, ever since I began using Stardock Start Menu. I'm now on Start Menu version 2.51 on Windows 11 Pro 24H2 on dual monitors. My problem just started after the last update, with the taskbar on Monitor 2 (only). The start button on Monitor 2 is missing the right side of the button, and the immediate icon to its right, is missing its left side. It looks like all the Icons on Monitor 2 have shifted to the left in an overlapping fashion, blocking half of the start and first icon buttons. File explorer restart just causes a quick flash to normal and then, Monitor 2, repeats the problem. I have 2 Dell 27" U2719D Monitors set exactly the same. I've tried changing taskbar and icon sizes and every other combination of adjustments, but only monitor 2 is causing the problem. I use the left alignment option for taskbar buttons. I tried changing taskbar buttons to center, and everything works fine with that option, but I really don't like center buttons. I also tried start button left align with taskbar buttons centered, that resulted in half the start button missing its right side and all taskbar buttons as normal. Really could use a little help figuring this one out.
Thanks,
Butdh
